|  Chad Maddock - President Prior to founding Axis Facilities Services, Mr. Maddock served in several senior management positions with America's largest environmental remediation specialty contractor. In these roles, he was responsible for the overall performance of offices from Honolulu, Hawaii to New Orleans, Louisiana. He also took on a dual role as special projects manager, responsible for the completion of "significant" projects. Examples of these "significant" projects would include the post Hurricane Katrina biologic and microbial remediation of the Louisiana Superdome; biologic and microbial remediation of the St. Bernard Parish School District in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana; asbestos abatement and demolition of the Castaways Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada; asbestos abatement Superbay Hangar at San Francisco International Airport and the asbestos abatement and interior demolition of the Charles Bennett Federal Building in Jacksonville, Florida. With over 20 years of management experience on projects as diverse as the construction of scaffolding for the Sphinx at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada to the installation and removal of stages for pregame and postgame concerts for Super Bowl XXX, he has a proven track record of completeing logistically complex projects on schedule and within budget. Dr Jeff Reed - VP Finance & Chairman of the Board Dr. Reed currently holds the title of Chairman of the Board of Axis Facilities Services Corporation, where he oversees finance, legal and IT. Prior to that he was Chief Technology Officer for Logicalis USA, a global information technology subsidiary of JSE-listed company Datatec Ltd. Logicalis has revenues in excess of $500M and employs more than 1,500 people located in Europe, USA, and South America. He has managed several key divisions, including software development services, managed services, infrastructure services, product marketing and vendor channel relations, where he managed large partners such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Sun, Microsoft, Sybase and EMC. Dr. Reed pursues his personal investments and interests through Rivers Bend Investments, an SMB private equity investment and technology advisory firm focusing on software, media, and realestate companies. A native of Montana, he maintains a cabin and guide business there and enjoys fly-fishing, golf and hiking, especially when he can do it with his two sons.
